Our project
Free Shipping is a global online marketplace that offers a wide variety of merchandise such as clothing, tools, toys, home decor, jewelry and more.
The platform started as a core Magento 1 system, but over the course of nearly 9 years, we have continuously added new features such as internal business intelligence tools, an automated marketing advertising tool, a translation system supporting 12 languages, and fully integrated customer service and logistics capabilities.
This project was no small undertaking as we had to deal with the challenges of managing over one million products and working with hundreds of suppliers.
Despite these challenges, we were able to successfully automate and streamline many of the platform’s processes, allowing Free Post to run smoothly with minimal staff. With 46 stores and 12 languages, it is a single point of contact for customers worldwide.
