ShipGratis is a global online marketplace that offers a wide variety of goods such as clothing, tools, toys, home decor, jewelry, and more.

The platform began as a basic Magento 1 system, but over the course of nearly 9 years, we have continuously delivered new features such as internal business intelligence tools, an automatic marketing advertisement tool, a translation system supporting 12 languages, and fully-integrated customer service and logistics capabilities.

This project was no small undertaking, as we had to navigate the challenges of managing over one million products and working with hundreds of suppliers.

Despite these challenges, we were able to successfully automate and streamline many of the platform’s processes, allowing ShipGratis to run smoothly with minimal staff. With 46 stores and 12 language mutations, it is a one-stop shop for customers worldwide.
